Con el presente auto la Sala Plena de la Corporación NIEGA el recurso se súplica interpuesta en contra del auto que rechazó la demanda de la referencia, por cuanto el actor no logró desvirtuar las consideraciones de dicho proveído, ni presentó argumentos que lograran generar una mínima duda sobre la constitucionalidad de las normas censuradas.

- Primero. NEGAR el recurso de súplica interpuesto por Juan Pablo Pantoja Ruiz contra el auto del 6 de diciembre de 2023 dictado en el expediente D-15529, por medio del cual el magistrado sustanciador rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad de dicho ciudadano contra los artículos 65 de la Ley 1952 de 2019 y 48, numeral 1°, de la Ley 734 de 2002.
- Segundo. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR el contenido de la decisión al demandante, advirtiéndole que contra ésta no procede recurso alguno.
- Tercero. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, ARCHIVAR el expediente.
